Why We Need You
As we continue to expand our reach, we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Implementations Coordinator to support the successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction of our domestic and international clients. You’ll be the face of our client relationships managing communications, ensuring quality implementations, and supporting end users through training, documentation, and issue resolution. Your work will ensure our clients get maximum value from the Vantage Learning platform.

What you’ll do:
Lead new client implementations - Coordinate and support new client launches across the Vantage Learning suite.
Impact: Ensure smooth onboarding and timely project delivery, setting the stage for long-term success.
Manage client relationships - Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts. Provide regular updates, manage day-to-day communications, and build trust and rapport.
Impact: Foster client satisfaction and retention by being a reliable and responsive partner.
Generate internal and client reports - Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual updates for both internal teams and clients, per contractual obligations or special requests.
Impact: Drive implementation fidelity, transparency and alignment across teams, customers and stakeholders.
Support QA and product documentation - Conduct quality assurance testing on new features and enhancements. Prepare training materials, user guides, tutorials, and other documentation.
Impact: Deliver a polished, user-friendly experience that boosts client confidence and adoption.
Deliver product demonstrations and training - Host training sessions, prepare demo materials, and help users navigate the system effectively.
Impact: Increase user adoption and reduce support requests.
Troubleshoot and track issues - Assist clients with technical issues, document bugs, and manage them in our internal tracking system.
Impact: Improve product quality and user experience through fast, effective support.
Collaborate across departments - Work with internal teams including product, development, and accounting to coordinate invoicing, communicate product updates, and share client feedback.
Impact: Ensure organizational alignment and client-centered development.
Document processes and best practices - Maintain internal wikis and guides to ensure consistent practices across the department.
Impact: Enhance operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.

You need these qualifications:
  • Bachelors’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Resourcefulness to manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Distinguished written and verbal communication skills
  • Admirable attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Aptitude for Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Vigorous research, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Self-starter with a customer-first mindset
It would be great if you also have:
  • Experience with SaaS or web-based platforms
  • Prior experience in client support, training, or implementations
  • Coziness with cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with documentation tools or QA systems
