We are seeking a Desktop Support Specialist who is passionate about technology, service excellence, and supporting the tools that drive employee productivity. In this role, you will ensure that corporate systems, networks, and technology facilities operate reliably and securely, enabling teams to do their best work every day.


What You Will Do

  • Deliver End User Support - Provide hands-on desktop and workstation support to corporate employees.
    Impact: Ensure employees remain productive through reliable, responsive technical support.
  • Deploy and Maintain Systems - Perform server and workstation deployments, hardware repairs, and system upgrades.
    Impact: Maintain stable, high-performing systems aligned with business needs.
  • Protect and Monitor the Network - Proactively monitor network activity, manage backup servers and devices, and support security initiatives.
    Impact: Safeguard company data and minimize downtime through preventative IT practices.
  • Manage Identity and Access - Administer Active Directory, including user adds, moves, and changes.
    Impact: Ensure secure and efficient access to systems and resources.
  • Build and Document Infrastructure - Develop and maintain office network infrastructure and create clear user and process documentation.
    Impact: Improve system reliability and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Support Communication and Collaboration Tools - Provide VoIP telephony support and assist with technology setup for training rooms and corporate meetings.
    Impact: Enable seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Provide Flexible Support Coverage - Participate in on-call and after-hours support as needed, with minimal travel required.
    Impact: Ensure business continuity beyond standard operating hours.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience and certifications
  • Three to five years of experience in Help Desk or Desktop Support operations
  • Experience supporting diverse technical environments
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow in an IT career
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
