What you’ll do:
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction:
Establish yourself as the go-to expert on VantageSportz products and ensure a seamless customer experience through proactive training, onboarding, and ongoing communication.
Impact: Drive higher user engagement and retention by delivering tailored, high-quality support that empowers clients to effectively use our products.
- Lead Product Training and Onboarding:
Conduct comprehensive product training sessions and ensure new customers successfully onboard and integrate VantageSportz solutions into their operations.
Impact: Accelerate client success and product adoption, reducing time-to-value and increasing overall satisfaction.
- Engage and Educate Clients:
Present dynamic, high-energy product demonstrations to key stakeholders, such as high school administrators, showcasing the full value of VantageSportz solutions.
Impact: Influence product decisions and drive new business opportunities by showcasing the tangible benefits of our offerings.
- Maintain and Grow Existing Accounts:
Provide ongoing support to existing accounts, proactively identifying opportunities for product enhancements and expansion.
Impact: Strengthen long-term relationships, ensuring customer loyalty and increasing the lifetime value of each account.
- Advocate for Clients:
Serve as the voice of the customer by collecting and communicating user feedback to the Product Owner. Use insights to drive continuous product improvement.
Impact: Contribute to product innovation, ensuring that VantageSportz solutions remain ahead of the competition and better serve client needs.
- Contribute to Internal Knowledge:
Create and contribute to internal documentation and resources, enriching the team's ability to support customers effectively.
Impact: Improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing, ensuring consistent service quality and customer success across the board.
- Drive Product Usage and Success:
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and drive ongoing engagement to increase product utilization and overall client success.
Impact: Maximize the impact of VantageSportz products, leading to increased customer satisfaction and retention.
What You bring:
- You have 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer success, account management, or sales in the software or technology industry.
- You are passionate about helping clients succeed and are skilled at building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and driven to improve customer outcomes and increase product usage.
- You have excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and can engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- You have experience working with CRM systems and are comfortable leveraging technology to enhance customer interactions.
- You are motivated by results and take pride in consistently delivering exceptional service.
- A background in sports, coaching, or teaching is a plus, as is familiarity with athletic program management.
