We are actively seeking an experienced client services professional to join our team as the Implementation Manager. Based out of our Langhorne, PA office and under the direction of the VP of Operations, this individual will be responsible for supporting and managing clients using Vantage’s suite of software solutions.


RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Assisting with presales project scoping, proposal preparation, and client meetings
  • Onboarding new partners; ensuring adequate training is delivered, monitoring partner and end user engagement, and using data to provide weekly updates to partners
  • Developing strong partner relationships that lead to project renewals and expansions
  • Implementing large scale assessment projects
  • Solving complex issues involving assessment programs and software solutions
  • Understanding test development processes, test specifications, item authoring, test creation and psychometric services for computer adaptive and linear assessments to support K12 and Higher Education partners
  • Training our customer support team on new projects, creating FAQs and support videos
  • Managing scope change and setting appropriate partner expectations
  • Multi-tasking and effectively managing between 10-20 partner relationships
  • Excellent prioritization, multi-tasking, communication and issue resolution skills
  • Maintaining frequent communications, attending partner meetings, and addressing day-to-day needs
  • Ensuring quality testing experiences for partners
  • Preparing detailed application related documentation; material may include user guides, technical specifications, tutorials, reference material, and training materials
  • Becoming an expert with Vantage internal web-based applications for purposes of assisting end users, partners, and other departments
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with internal project management policies and procedures
  • Working closely with other departments including the Test Development team and statisticians/psychometricians to successfully manage and oversee all phases of test development and administration for clients, including item review and test form development
  • Overseeing and directing project meetings
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned
  • Some travel required


REQUIREMENTS

  • BA or BS degree required
  • Advance degree (MBA, JD) strongly preferred
  • Scrum certified, strongly preferred
  • 7-10 years of Project Management and Client Relationship experience
  • 2-5 years of working in an agile development organization
  • Prior experience managing large scale, Tier 1 customer relationships, contracts, renewals, and expansions
  • 5+ years in the online testing/assessment business
  • Ability to manage multiple clients in a matrix environment
  • Strong leadership skills; 3-5 years of experience managing and mentoring project teams
  • Superior writing and oral communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Dedication to quality
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent work ethic, positive attitude, customer friendly, people person
  • Strong desire to learn and capacity to learn rapidly
